WindCalc

WindCalc is an Excel-based software package that applies the provisions of 1170 Part 2 - Structural Design : Wind Actions. WindCalc uses an easy to re-use project based system to determine directional wind speeds and dynamic pressure coefficient. WindCalc can be used with both the New Zealand and Australian standards.

EQCalc

Using the latest Java technologies, EQCalc is a desktop application that applies the provisions of 1170 Part 5 Structural Design : NZ Earthquake Actions. EQCalc is used to determine earthquake base shear for your building on your specified site. EQCalc Applies to New Zealand only.

User licenses operate for 12 months from the time of purchase after which time a license renewal will be required. Licenses are either single user, 10 user and enterprise (unlimited users). Single user and 10 user licenses require the company name and name of each user to be provided at the time of purchase and will tailor your software to include these details. If you purchase a 10 user license but as yet have not assigned users at this time, you can return to this site and add additional users, up to your limit of 10, at a later time.
